Tour De Cure & ADA Spin-A-Thon


March 12 is the Tour De Cure.  McDowell Cycling won't have their own team this year, but anyone who is interested in riding for the cure can join my friend's team.  Here is a link to MJ's Red Socks.

Andrea is organizing an ADA Spin-a-Thon to also raise money for the American Diabetes Association.  It is on Saturday, February 26th.  Here are the full details:

Join us for a great cause, music, high-energy spinning outdoors, refreshments and raffle prizes! Register to reserve your slot beginning Tuesday, 2/15, by calling 602.368.1221. Limited space available! $10 per person per hour of spinning (proceeds go to ADA), includes one raffle ticket per hour purchased, a full day-pass at the Gold's Gym Elite facility and complimentary refreshments.
